Sales Tax

A sales tax of 7.00% is added to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.

Checking your Order Status

Once your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will typically be processed and shipped out to you within one to two business days. Should you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please use the Contact Us form. Please note that inconsistent billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.

Canceling & Modifying Your Order

Please use the Contact Us form concerning order cancellations and modifications. Please be advised that although we will do our best to make the appropriate changes, we cannot do anything to the existing transaction once the order has been processed by our warehouse. Canceled orders will be subject to a ten percent restocking fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased from WarToyZ.com, you may return the product to WarToyZ.com for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unopened and complete, and in “collector condition”. You must contact our customer service via the Contact Us form to request a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Items received without an Return Authorization will either be refused and returned to sender or will be subject to a thirty percent restocking fee.

Any packages that are refused by a customer at delivery will be subject to charges for the return shipping costs, a $25 refused package fee, plus a thirty percent restocking fee.
